Short films go behind the scenes of some modern icons.

In September, film-maker Tom Weidlinger revisited his childhood summers as one of our first residents in the newly restored Weidlinger House. He made a short film about the experience and has now undertaken a much bigger project exploring his father’s groundbreaking collaborations w/ Marcel Breuer, George Nakashima, Edward Larrabee Barnes and Pablo Picasso, among others.

The films have current and archival footage, as well as interviews with many of the original players.

Check them out at Tom’s blog.
